Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used products
Sale or promotional items
Gift card
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction matters. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a store credit when appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Beauty Plus Love is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
